Stunning pale blue dress with so many design elements. Beautiful applique adorned with beads, pearls, and clear and turquoise Swarovski crystals. Gorgeous choker necklace that has a drop down the back to the crystal belt. Right cold shoulder and left adorned with a detachable mink accent piece. Full circular skirt is trimmed in 3 inch crinoline. One godet has sheer organza to show a little leg but still provide coverage. Custom made in 2019. Never worn.
