Hold Harmless

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, Dance Dress Consignment (DDC) and (Consignor named below) hereby agree as follows:

TERMS
HOLD HARMLESS: In consideration of the agreement of the consignor to engage DDC to list, store, and/or transport with purpose to sell on consignment my dancewear, agree to indemnify, harmless DDC against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, judgements, settle expenses (including attorney’s fees and disbursements) for damage to property arising out of or resulting from any vehicle or service supplied by the company or it’s agents, from any action or failure to act on the part of DDC, it’s owners, personnel, employees, agents, invitees or volunteers.
