Ballroom dance competitions are run in two main styles of dancing: International and American.
International dances are taught and danced around the world. American Style is unique to the United States although it is danced in many other countries and is gaining in popularity. There are additional sub-categories of dance styles that we will explore in the coming weeks – stay tuned
